At ProVital, refunds are issued only in the form of ProVital Store Credits. No cash, bank transfer, or card refunds are offered under any circumstances.

Refunds are applicable for products that qualify under our Return Policy and are returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • Original packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories are intact

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be issued as ProVital Store Credits. These store credits can be used to purchase any ProVital product and are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or missing units, please contact us at info@provital.pk within 14 days of receipt, along with clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a refund in ProVital Store Credits or provide an exchange, subject to availability.

Product Availability

In case a replacement product is unavailable, ProVital reserves the right to issue a refund in Store Credits instead.

Force Majeure / COVID-19

In situations classified as Force Majeure events (including pandemics), ProVital reserves the right to refuse refunds and returns at its sole discretion to ensure health and safety. ProVital shall not be held liable for such refusal.
